Yoga Janda offers yoga classes in San Diego,  North County at various locations. We offer Yoga for Pregnancy, Bradley Method Natural Childbirth Classes, Postnatal Mommy and Me Yoga, Private Yoga Training, and Corporate Wellness Yoga Classes in the Workplace. 
 
The word yoga means "union". Think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit.  What is commonly referred to as "yoga" refers to the practice of physical postures or poses, known as “asanas.”
 
Asana is only one of the eight "limbs" of yoga, the majority of which are more concerned with mental and spiritual well-being. Movement combined with breath and postures, each of which has specific physical benefits, helps create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. It also helps to calm the mind preparing one for the quiet of meditation, connection with our Spiritual Source, or simply as a means to de-stress and improve your health.
