Prenatal Yoga In Vista & Poway

3 Prenatal Yoga Classes A Week
Our prenatal yoga classes are easy to get to from Oceanside, San Marcos, Carlsbad, Escondido, Encinitas, Rancho Bernardo, and San Diego

"I took other classes but no one knew what Liza knew. I felt so educated about the delivery process from Liza’s class, and used a lot of her techniques during my labor and delivery. I really had no pregnancy discomfort this time and I KNOW it was partly due to prenatal yoga."

Classes expire at the end of your pregnancy. Unused prenatal yoga classes can be used in Mommy & Me at Babies in Bloom  as a $5 off coupon, per class, up to 3 classes. Our class prices are $10-12 for package prices, well below the average price of $17-20 for yoga classes in San Diego County.  Prices are lower than average so that classes are accessible to more people. Since many different circumstances can arise during pregnancy, like bed rest, babies arriving earlier than expected, or people not coming to class for various reasons, we have a No Refunds policy in place for which there are no exceptions. Classes are not transferrable to another student.

Yoga Janda's vision and message for women is that birth can be a wonderful and incredibly positive experience. We are committed to the vision that all women have access to a prenatal yoga program that educates them about their bodies and their choices in childbirth. These choices will enable them to have better birth experiences and help them become healthier and more comfortable so they can better enjoy the fullness, the joys, and the miracle of their pregnancy.

Because yoga encourages the individual to relax, slow the breath, and focus on the present, it is calming and restorative and gives women the skills and power to stay calm and relaxed during labor. We teach women that with training and practice, they can handle the stresses of labor. As a result, they have more positive birth experiences and both mom and baby are healthier, vibrant, and moms are more satisfied with the whole experience.
